Web copy for 3Sixty Sports, a boutique bike shop in Auckland, New Zealand.

The Issue:

3Sixty Sports is pivoting its business to provide a tailored bike repair service and custom-built bikes and wheels for its customers.

Boutique bike brands will be stocked in the shop, however, the main focus of the business is now bike services, done on a case by case basis and driven by the customer.

The Solution:

Create web copy that respects experienced cyclists, while not excluding people who are still on their first or second bike.

The tone needs to be conversational, non-intimidating and customer-focused. While the service is premium, the experience is relaxed and informal.
